Installation of Wget

Install Wget by running the following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc &&
make &&
make install

Command explanations

--prefix=/usr ": This compiles and installs wget into the /usr hierarchy instead of /usr/local.

--sysconfigdir=/etc: This relocates the configuration file from /usr/etc to /etc.
